We are looking for a Member Services Trainee to support the Aspria Membership Services Team. The role of this department is to provide outstanding levels of member services, improving retention by taking care of the members from their enrolment throughout their Club life.
This position is the perfect opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic individual with excellent interpersonal skills who wants to be part of the fast moving and dynamic world of health Clubs.
As a member of this team, you support the Member Service Manager and the Member Services Coordinator in their daily activities and work in contact with Members.
- You prepare the new member’s orientation
- You update the member’s profiles
- You deal with phone calls and mailing
- You analyze data related to retention and attrition
- You will follow-up the members after orientation
- You will be in charge of the Members’ feedback procedure
You have good communication skills and want to develop a service relationship with new and existing members. You are highly organized for the follow up of all enquiries and the administrative part of new contracts.
